Analysis process
We take the time to understand the basics of your business processes, which means that the most cost-effective way of proceeding can be recommended. There is a two-way exchange of information and ideas. We understand what you want to achieve and you understand what it is possible to achieve within the given constraints. We use UML (Unified Modeling Language) to model both your existing business processes and candidate new business processes and systems. This industry standard methodology has the benefit of ensuring that IT systems deliver the functionality that a business requires, comprehensive and stable, yet able to evolve in a controlled manner as business needs change over time. Business process scenarios are developed based on your particular set of business circumstances. Each of these is then enacted to check that each aspect of need has been addressed. A report is prepared and a presentation of the results is delivered to you so that you may fully understand the range of solutions that can be offered. This gives an opportunity of further interactive dialogue with additional requirements identified as necessary. A springboard for future development is thus established. |
