Training
Our applications are designed to be straightforward and easy to use. Wherever possible, the most instinctive process of user workflow is chosen during the design stage. Consequently our applications normally require a minimal amount of training, given that most users are familiar with Windows based products. We find that users want to learn what it is possible to do with the new application first. For many users the instruction required to learn how to put this into practice is minimal owing to the intuitive nature of the software. Typical business processes are identified and users are shown how to achieve each of them. We conduct an analysis of training requirements based on the existing skills of the users and hence recommend only the training needed. Training is delivered either to groups of users or on a one-to-one instruction basis and comprises instruction followed by user exercises with the actual product. |
